As long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed supporting others on their path to becoming their best and am so thankful to be able to continue that as my profession. My parents gave me a great example of living healthfully from a young age, and I will be forever grateful to my dad for encouraging me that “strength is beautiful”. As I launched into my academic and professional career, nutrition and fitness became not only where I felt called to be, but where I continue to see myself grow. I have been through many ups and downs in my own wellness and fitness journey and I truly understand the challenges that come from making changes in your lifestyle…it’s hard! But I also know you can DO IT. I hope to meet you next time you’re here and would love to support you in gaining the knowledge and skills you need to conquer your goals.
I came to my first CrossFit class at Inspire in April 2017 and was immediately hooked. This supportive and motivating environment is MAGIC and I am loving the challenge! I’m excited to continue learning and getting strong with a community of people who continually inspire me to grow.
When not on “active duty” as a Dietitian and Wellness Coach, I enjoy adventures, photography and the arts, yoga, sci-fi, learning new things, and spending time with my friends and family
