Back Squat
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

Back Squat
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Back Squat x 8 reps @ 70-75%
Metcon (Time)

Four rounds for time of:
21 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
21 Pull-Ups
