As a licensed health care professional I often find myself helping my coworkers and aging patients with their muscle and joint ailments. When I tell them I am a certified CrossFit trainer, and CrossFit has been excellent to help me lose weight, learn natural movement patterns, heal my chronic back issues etc, their general responses vary, but ultimately all have decided that for whatever reason it would never work for them.

The truth is, no matter what fitness level you are at, CrossFit works.

At Inspire the coaches care and listen to you.
