Keeping you moving properly.
Josh has been involved in CrossFit for 4 years and as an athlete and 2 years as a coach. At CrossFit Inspire Josh combines his orthopedic and sports medicine knowledge with his CrossFit experience to help CrossFit Inspire athletes prevent or manage musculoskeletal injuries. Josh will perform functional movement screens to determine if any modifications need to be made to a WOD to allow athletes of all levels and abilities to participate. Josh will communicate these modification suggestions to the other coaches to insure the members avoid potentially harmful movements of positions. If an Inspire athlete has an injury, Josh will triage them and suggest mobility/flexibility or accessory strengthening exercises, or if needed he will suggest they consult with a physician or physical therapist.
If you have an issue that you want to have looked at, you can contact me through the CrossFit Inspire phone number. Once I receive your information I will reach out to arrange a time to meet at CrossFit Inspire. Typically, Mon-Fri at lunch hour or 7:30 am, Mon, Wed, Fri
