This class is great for anyone who is new to CrossFit or exercise in general. One of the biggest concerns we hear from individuals is that they think CrossFit is too advanced or too intense for their fitness level. Now, you can leave those fears at home. Bootcamp will introduce you to all the core movements of crossfit using mostly bodyweight exercises! As your skills progress, new movements and equipment suitable to your skill level will be introduced.
