Megan's Story

I’ve always been hesitant to try CrossFit; fear of getting hurt, not knowing the correct form, being the new girl. I started with a 6-week company fitness program, which was the first step to getting me over my fears; I was not doing this alone. After completing the program and pushing myself to go 4-5 days a week, I decided to join.

"CrossFit has helped me change my diet, sleeping habits, and mood. I look forward to a fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier me."

I am motivated by the people at CrossFit and by this type of training. Having the eyes and ears of trained professionals who are supportive, encouraging, patient, and genuinely interested in helping every person that walks in. The coaches always find new ways to push my body to limits that I was not capable of doing on my own.

They make a personal effort to get to know their athletes and make you feel like you belong.  Members at CrossFit Inspire are treated with as much respect whether you struggle with exercises using only the weight of the barbell or are an experienced CrossFitters who can lift an unbelievable amount of weight. No one is looked down upon or judged because they have to scale the recommended weight, length, or distance of any workout to fit their own abilities. Everyone is applauded, not just by the coaches, but by the other members as well. The CrossFit Inspire community was pleasantly welcoming. In such a short amount of time, CrossFit has helped me change my diet, sleeping habits, and mood. I look forward to a fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier me.
